Conference fee

Early bird registration fee: 300 EUR

Regular fee: 340 EUR

Retired Physics Working Group-members: 160 EUR

Early bird fee must be paid before April 12th 2019. The fee includes full conference participation, all coffee breaks and lunches, excursion and conference dinner.

VAT is not added to conference payments
You will receive an invoice by email within two weeks after registration. Please use a reference number from your organization if needed.
Pre-registered participants who are not able to attend the conference will have their paid fees reimbursed minus a processing fee of EURO 50. A written notice of non-attendance has to be received by the organizers before Wednesday, 8 May 2019.
